Waitlist Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Peptir waitlist, the referral programme, and any launch benefits earned through it.
1. The waitlist
Joining the Peptir waitlist registers your interest in future Peptir programmes. It is not a purchase, a prescription, or a guarantee of access. Peptir has not launched, and nothing on the waitlist constitutes medical advice or an offer of treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and resident in the United States to join the waitlist. You must provide accurate information, including your own name and email address.
3. Referrals
Each waitlist member receives a personal referral link. A referral counts when a new person joins the waitlist using your link with an email address that has not previously joined. Self-referrals, duplicate or disposable email addresses, automated sign-ups, and any other attempt to inflate referral counts will be removed and may result in disqualification.
4. Launch benefits
Referral milestones may unlock benefits on your first Peptir programme: 10% off at 3 referrals, 20% off at 5 referrals, and a free first month at 10 referrals. Benefits are non-transferable, hold no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and apply only to a first eligible programme purchase after launch.
5. Queue position
Waitlist position is indicative only. It is based on sign-up order and referral activity and may change as the list grows or as we correct invalid entries. Position does not guarantee access, timing, or availability of any product or service.
6. Clinical eligibility
Any future access to peptide therapy is subject to evaluation by a licensed U.S. clinician. Being on the waitlist does not mean you are eligible for treatment, and no prescription is implied or promised.
7. Communications
By joining, you agree to receive emails from Peptir about the waitlist, launch updates, and your referral progress. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
8. Your data
We store your name, email address, referral code, and referral activity to operate the waitlist. We do not sell your data. You can request deletion of your waitlist record at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes and termination
Peptir may change, pause, or end the waitlist and the referral programme at any time, including changing reward tiers, and may remove any entry suspected of abuse. Where reasonably possible we will notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
